An impressive young Australian chef, Shaun Hergatt worked for the Ritz Carlton in Australia and the United States for many years, transforming their restaurants to top-tier dining experiences and winning myriad awards. He made his mark in the United States cooking under Gabriel Kreuther at Atelier in New York City before moving to Miami to create the restaurant at The Setai in South Beach. SHO Shaun Hergatt is his debut Manhattan project and will breathe life into Manhattan’s Financial District.
